- Deploy or shelve Luis funnel ManyChat→Kapso swap. On disk since Apr 22, never pushed to n8n. Spark recommendation: deploy in test mode with Tere's CRM to validate, then promote. Don't shelve — the swap is structurally correct, just needs a deploy window.
- Kapso tier upgrade for Mexican number slot. Free tier blocks adding Luis's future Mexican number alongside the US digital number. Either upgrade Kapso tier (cost TBD) or replace the US slot when the MX number is ready.
- Wire all 5 Luis workflows from inactive → active. All 5 are cloned and configured but inactive. Activation order: CRM Integrity → Session Watch → Daily Report → Kapso Inbound → Kapso Send Helper. Test each before activating the next.
